MARCH

The Lady Captain's charity this year is The British Heart Foundation. You will see a huge wheelie bin in the changing room - please use this for any donations you wish to give.

We have now played all our first round Pearson Trophy matches and are at present top of the leader board with 5 wins out of 6 matches. We now must wait for the result of the final match to be played between Lamberhurst and Chart Hills in mid April, to see if we are to progress to the next round.

Unfortunately we lost all 3 games to Redlibbetts in the Tappin Trophy this year.

In the Captain's Cup Foursome we were narrowly beaten be Royal Black Heath. Our team took them to the 19th hole but lost.

AS mentioned, Elmari Christie and Anne Prout won their game against Ilford in the Daily Mail Foursome and will play the next match at Bexleyheath.

We are sorry to inform you that Gilly Thompson passed away recently. Her funeral will take place on Monday 8th April at 3.00 pm at Thames View Crematorium

Also, our sympathy to Joy. Laurie Curtis a past Seniors Captain and well like long standing member has also died Saturday 30th March.
